According to the overall technical requirements for the safety detection and monitoring system of electrified railway power supply issued by the National Railway Administration, and in combination with our years of technical accumulation in the online monitoring industry of high-voltage electrical equipment status, our company has developed a set of contact network ground monitoring devices (6C devices), which can effectively improve the level of intelligent operation and maintenance of contact networks. This monitoring device includes: contact wire arm working status monitoring device, contact wire lightning arrester intelligent monitoring table, high-voltage cable online monitoring device, etc.
The system is divided into three layers according to deployment location: overhead contact system, substation, and power supply section.
The monitoring device equipment mainly consists of various monitoring devices and sensors installed on site. These monitoring devices and sensors will upload real-time data of the monitored points to the contact network ground monitoring devices (6C) located in various pavilions through optical fibers or 4G signals.
Install contact network ground monitoring devices in the pavilion. Real time data from on-site monitoring devices and sensors is first verified through a secure communication gateway before entering the contact network ground monitoring devices. There is an on-site data display terminal in the pavilion.
The ground monitoring devices of the contact network in each pavilion collect and process on-site data, upload the operation data, operation status, and status analysis results of the equipment to the power supply section, and upload the data to the 6C system comprehensive application (Level 3) platform through the communication backbone deployed by the railway system.
